1. Rocky (aside from Rocky 5? is that the one he lost all his money? They are all inspiring and uplifting)
2. Cinderella Man. This story apparently based on a true story will have you tearing up and ready to box!
3. Legally Blonde. OK, so it is not your typical underdog story. I mean she is perky and well BLONDE! Yet, the story reveals that you can do anything if you believe in yourself and maintain a positive attitude. Besides who doesn't like Reese Witherspoon and all the cute clothes?
4. Resident Evil. This too is NOT your typical motivational movie, BUT to see a former model, really kick zombie butt is fun and will bring out your inner Bruce Lee.
5. Mulan! I have seen this movie a ton, yes a ton of times and it never gets tiring. Mulan is a a must see for young girls and anyone who needs to step out and do something BIG.
6. Sister Act 2. The sound track is amazing. A young Lauren Hill is inspiring as the girl who wanted to sing in the school choir competition. Good stuff.
7. Akeelah and the Bee. This simple movie about an inner city girl who can spell, will have you cheering her on and learning a few new words too.
8. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Not only is it well acted, directed and has amazing cinematography, the story of good vs. evil and how the good guys ultimately prevail is what will keep you rooted to your seat.
9. Predator. OK any Swartz film prior to 1991. Who doesn't want to see de Arnold say 'I'll be back'. Or to da Chopper!!
10. Independence Day. Its a showdown where the world unites to bring down badass aliens. And we win of course.
